About

Mixtape To Nowhere is an anonymous song dedication platform where music becomes a message sent to nowhere.

In a world where everything is tracked, analyzed, and attributed, I wanted to create a space for pure, anonymous expression through music. Send a Spotify song to someone by their name. They can search and discover all the songs dedicated to them, but they'll never know who sent them.

The songs exist in limbo, floating in the digital ether, dedicated but unattributed.

How It Works

1. Send a Song

Paste any Spotify track URL and enter a recipient's name. No account needed, no tracking, completely anonymous.

2. Into the Void

Your song is sent to nowhere—stored forever, dedicated to someone, but without your name attached.

3. Discovery

Anyone can search for their name and find all songs sent to them. They'll see the song, the artist, when it was sent—but never who sent it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the recipient find out who sent the song?

No. We don't store any sender information. Once you send a song, it becomes truly anonymous. Even we can't tell you who sent it.

How long do the songs stay up?

Forever. Songs sent to nowhere exist permanently in the database (until capacity is maxed).

What if someone has the same name as me?

All songs sent to that name will appear in the search results. This is intentional—part of the mystery. Maybe a song was meant for you, maybe it wasn't. That's the beauty of nowhere.

Do I need a Spotify account?

No account needed to send or search for songs. However, to listen to full tracks, you'll need Spotify (free or premium). Each song links directly to Spotify.

Can I delete a song I sent?

No. Once sent to nowhere, songs cannot be retrieved or deleted. Consider each dedication permanent and irreversible.

Why only Spotify?

I chose Spotify for its extensive catalog and reliable API. Support for other platforms may come in the future.
